Do I need to make reservations? If so, how?

Walk-ins are always welcome; however, we recommend you book your reservations for tee times on our website. As a member, you will enjoy being able to book your tee time up to 2 weeks in advance.

How early should I arrive for my tee time?

We would recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes early. This will provide you time to sign in for your tee time and become familiar with the software on the TrackMan simulator.

Do you have golf clubs to rent?

Yes, we have various golf club sets available to rent – from toddler to adult – both lefty and righty. All clubs are cleaned and sanitized after each use. You can also bring your own clubs to use. If you do use your own clubs, we do ask that you make sure they are clean, as any dirt will transfer to the ball and dirty/damage our screens.

Can I use my own golf balls?

You may play with golf balls provided by Swing Loose Indoor Golf or your own golf balls on the condition that they are new and clean. Dirty, scuffed, old golf balls or golf balls with markings on them are prohibited because they can damage and leave marks on the hitting screen. Colored golf balls are strictly prohibited.

What should I wear?

While we do not have an official dress code, we recommend that you wear your normal golf course or range attire. If you are not a golfer, please dress comfortably. Sneakers or indoor golf shoes (no spikes please) are recommended, however, we ask that they are clean. Please, no high heels.

How long will it take me to play?

The average playing time for 18 holes of indoor golf is ~1 hour per player.

Can I play with friends?

Absolutely!! We encourage you to bring your friends, however, there are some restrictions during this time of social distancing:

  • Bays 1 and 2 may have a maximum of 4 players per bay

  • Bays 3 and 4 may have a maximum of 3 players per bay

Can I tour your facility?

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your appointment without charge if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Cancellation without 24-hour notice will be charged in full at the current non-member rate.

Can I bring or order in food?

We encourage all of our patrons to bring/order in whatever food, snacks, and/or beverages that will make you hit the ball better. Ordering in is always a great option, especially from any of the great restaurants located right here in Bell Works.

Can I host a birthday party or outing?

Of course!!! Our setup is ideal for team building, birthday, bachelor, and holiday parties. However, there are some restrictions during this time of social distancing. Please inquire within for details. Member discounts apply.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes. You can order an electronic gift card online or purchase a physical gift card in person. Gift cards can be used for anything from golf simulator rentals to any of our retail products.

Where do I park?

We are in Building B3 of Bell Works. In accordance with current building mandates, all visitors will be required to enter the Bell Works complex through the main entrance until further notice. Visitor parking is located directly in front of the main entrance.
